OP, my motto with spoopy shit is if it happens once no big deal, twice is a coincidence, and three times is the real deal; I've had quite a few odd things so I developed a system to weed out normal shit. I would recommend a cleansing of your house in case something tends to dwell there, perhaps picking up meditation to clear your mind and seeing if you can read up on whatever is causing these issues. There have to be other signs that you aren't aware of, perhaps because they seem so subtle. Take a critical look at the situation surrounding these deaths, the people around you, and your state of mind.

Well, I've only seen the mysterious woman once. I woke up sweaty and heaving, scared in the wtf happened way and quite aroused at the same time.
