What's the best way to go about embracing positive energy/overall aspects of life? I'm a hypochondriac with panic disorder and I'm constantly on the brink of freaking out, nothing ever triggers these episodes they just come as they please. Really starting to take a toll on my mood/health. Even getting high sometimes brings about a panic attack now. Any advice is appreciated.

You must see life for what it is.. Though you have any other comparison, because it is the only thing you know. Start meditating on death. Recognize your time here as valuable and beautiful no matter what you do.. It is all part of it all... the hindus calls this lilja which means play of god, your being here is just a part of a ever evolving self-experiencing conscienscness... dont go too hard on yourself...
