I do. I have therapist. I have had one for years. Its not that I have a problem opening up, its just I think I go about it the wrong way and no one is really telling me whats wrong. They are doing that passively dismissive 'trying to be nice about it' thing, or completely ignore it. The therapist just keeps asking me what my interpretation of it is, which gets me nowhere.
