Based on some admittedly half-hearted skimming, it looks like this file format is used by the products of a company that makes fancy mixers and boards for music/sound production. So, somebody's side project from tooling around with sound equipment.

Make a image of the usb stick, upload it on mega or so.
Get USB Image Tool, and make a backup of the usb stick. Keep it in a secure place. There might also be additional things in the physical case of the usb stick. But do the backup first.
And please, upload it, so we all can research.
