The planets are only in that position in may 1982. The nearest probe was Russia's Venneral 13 which crashed on Venus March of 1982. If this photo was taken in march of 1982 then mars wouldn't even be in the frame.

So its really hard to chose a date to check on the planets positions for that chosen day. I knew the year was 1982. I tried May 16... the angels checked out perfectly. May 16 is my birthday. Its also very close to the exact day this photo was taken.

Billy Meier’s long journey in space started from Switzerland at 10.14 AM on the 17th of July 1975. He was then met by Semjase and he went on board in her 7 meter (23 ft) beamship.
