Need some advice. Story to follow.
I'm with a small group of friends who basically go to 'haunted' places and either find evidence of a haunting or not and record our findings. My job is the easiest out of the group and I basically just manage the equipment, navigate and drive. Sometimes I'll even just sit in the SUV and wait on them to get finished then inventory our belongings to make sure nothing was left. About three months ago we visited a location in Texas called Martha Chapel cemetery and that's pretty much when things began to go wrong.
My best friend Cory knew a family who lived in the area and he spoke to them about the cemetery. He was given a pretty detailed history of the place which he shared with me(none of which information I could find online.) I'll skip ahead to what actually happened to spare you guys unimportant details. We always scout a location before hand and map it out so we know what are the presumed 'hot spots' but the place is fairly unremarkable save for its location.
During our initial scout it was just Cory and I while everyone else stayed at the Hotel to get ready. While there we literally did not feel weirded out, uncomfortable or anything that might have set up for a spooky evening so right away we pondered upon wether or not this trip was going to be worth it. Fast forward again. It's the night of. Everyone is good to go and it's around midnight. We drive to the location and they begin to document everything while using whatever techniques they have to warrant any kind of response. Usually they will almost always get something but even after five full hours no one had picked anything up. The most eventful thing to occur was a bunch of drunk kids driving by the cemetery.
We ended up leaving shortly there after because getting to this place is kind of difficult if you don't want to be seen and those kids might have ratted us out to someone. Back at the hotel I'm in my room and I go to sleep without any issue. That night I had a pretty intense nightmare and I never even dream. Basically in the nightmare I saw a colorless goat, not sure how to describe it but to me it had no color and it was sitting upright at a table.
This was also in a house like setting. I would equate it to like.. nothing really. It was just a very small house, like everything was made smaller so the goat could have access to it. There was no carpet either but instead the floor was made of this black fabric which felt like sand. The goat was looking straight ahead and not doing anything specific.
Upon waking up I had a panic attack and I'm still not sure why. Months later I'm still having this dream and it's getting more detailed and graphic. Any recommendations on how I can get it to stop?

It talks but I can't understand the words. Sometimes I do understand them but I forget as soon as I wake up. The contrast in the nightmare also changes in tone. In the beginning everything was a grey color but I'm starting to be able to focus on specific things and if I look hard enough I can make out details yet this usually results in me waking up. There is also a bunch of shit on the table but I can't look close enough at that without waking up.

The Tale of Marble Machine Man.
What if I were to tell you that someone sacrificed himself for the greater good.
Someone who locked himself, away in a sealed dimension.
All so that we could try to have a happy universe in which we could live.
How would it feel for you to know that every marble in his, machine Is only one of 1200, universes and ours right now is just simply a tune he uses to play a song on his machine.
He sealed himself away in Omni, verse barely managing to lock himself away before the darkness could get to him.
He only managed to get 1200 universal marbles which are not even 10% of them.
90% was lost to the darkness of the shadow-droids. The shadow-droids believed that 1 universal marble should be fused with an Omni being to form self-aware universes. This was when Marble Machine Man, knew there was going to be an up rising and downfall of their Omnic, world.
This was when he managed to grab 1200 hundred of the Universal Marbles and sealed himself away. After doing this his power was all used up.
He set out to complete one last mission and with his wiped universal world he made a Machine, this was no ordinary machine, this machine played music with marbles. It was day 1 he made wood with pure thought alone. Day 2 he began carving the wood. Day 3 he added various contraptions to the wood. It was day 4 he added the universal marbles to the machine. day 5 He began testing the machine, there was something still missing... Day 6 he had an epiphany that the machine needed a xylophone, added to it. one the last day knew as day 7 or ground day, he wiped his own memory leaving only the knowledge left to play the machine. Once he finishes his song his memory re wipes only for him to start playing again...
This is the sad tale of Marble Machine Man.
