PLEASE HELP ME B4 I KILL MYSELF

Long story short, my internet stopped working 2 days ago. Yesterday it started working again but the technician still came today. Did a checkup and gave me a new modem (B-Box 3). When i connect it to my desktop through ethernet, I have internet but it drops out every 3-4 minutes for like 5 or 10 seconds and goes back on. It constantly does this. This makes stuff like online gaming impossible because you get thrown out when you disconnect.

When i connect my laptop through ethernet cable to the modem and turn wifi off, it still works perfectly. 0 disconnections. Only my desktop seems to drop out the connection every few minutes. Can anyone help me solve this ?

Pic is unrelated

Check the Ethernet cable on the desktop, it might not be plugged in right or damaged.

Confirm damage by plugging laptop Ethernet cable in modem to desktop.
