i need something that can turn images to gifs that is free, but it needs to convert to over 500 frames and has high quality. picture unrelated

i use gimp, but if the image is over 100 frames, it just cuts off. to me, 100 frames is about 1.5 seconds

Over 500 frames! The limit in photoshop is 500 and that is paid software. Gif's aren't meant to be long or in such high quality.
