Anyone know the artist or the source of this voluptuous lady?

No image reverse search gives anything. Currently going through the booru, with a faint hope that it's there and tagged with both "kimono" and "sandals".

Only art that I know of that is similar is the one by tatsunami youtoku, but don't think this is him.
