Hey I have the same fucking problem. And this might be a coincident because i've downloaded 2 Lynda courses on improving speech from pirate bay. ''Speech writing'' and ''communication fundamentals''. I plan to take them after my A-level exams which is taking up most of my time.

It's "coincidence".

"Coincident" is the adjective form, and is only really used in Math to describe lines.

I know this is the exact opposite of how words like "accident" work, but "accident" is the one that's irregular.

English would be no fun if it were regular and made sense!
