My comp has been randomly restarting which I think is a result of overheats and then suddenly it freezes and this shit happens. Anyone know any possible cause/ exorcisms for computers

Install speedfan or some other temperature monitoring software and see what the temps are, most likely your system is overheating or under heavy load for a long period of time.
