How do I find past weather maps for a specific region? Not looking that far back but need them for a class. I've tried weather.gov but they seem to only so past maps at the national level, I need state.

I need help finding the name of an old platform PC game. It was basically this:

>There were green aliens and aliens with big claws that attacked you
>When you shot them, they'd spill a lot of blood
>At the end of the stage you could buy new weapons
I think I played this game in the early 2000's. I tried to draw a little bit of how it looked like (pic related). I searched all keywords possible on Google but I couldn't find it. I've even gone through those huge lists of old PC games, but found nothing.

Inherited grandfathers fairly new computer, now it's doing this shit. Pixels flicker everywhere, some are steady, horizontal lines appear...idk what the hell is going on with it. (Pic for reference)

To address your other ideas:
GPU: no, because of how the framebuffer is laid out physically, you get blocks not lines
RAM: no, because that would affect the stability of the computer. It wouldn't just keep running whilst the RAM was failing like that.
If it's doing it on every monitor, you've probably got a fucked display controller or PHY.
Integrated graphics doesn't mean every single part of the GPU is in your processor: that would be impractical. The pipeline goes something like:
[RAM] (on motherboard)
/\
||

[GPU] (inside CPU)
||
\/
Display controller (inside CPU)
||
\/
[PHY]---> [socket] (on motherboard)
[PHY]---> [socket] (on motherboard)
[PHY]---> [socket] (on motherboard)
If it's the same failure on all ports with lots of different wires and monitors, then it's going to be a failure in a single component that touches all the ports which means it's the display controller in the CPU or the PHY on the motherboard.
You can bypass both of these by adding something like a GT 1030, and NVS, or any other random graphics card you have lying around. If you don't actually have an x16 slot, then you're going to have to test it with a known-good processor or motherboard.

Well, just so OP doesn't get the wrong idea, the Blurays do exist and Amazon.jp does sell them and such (along with other stores, I'm sure), it's just that someone hasn't uploaded the Blurays or they at least haven't been put on Nyaa yet.
So, you're out of luck until someone uploads them, anon, unless you buy them yourself.
