theres 2 versions. one for kids and one for adults.
Its a set-up. All those people are comedians trying to make the four outside try to laugh so that they are punished.
Gaki no Tsukai (a comedy group) do a yearly "No Laughing" show in which they have to spend 24 hours in a faux job with ridiculous scenarios and pranks, usually perpetrated by celebrities if not fellow comedians, that attempt to make them laugh. If and when they do, their names are called out and people rush in and spank them.
Yeah, I've actually watched a lot of their no laughing shows. This one particular scenario just doesn't seem funny to me though since it looks more painful or harsh than regular slapstick. Also, it's funny because he's getting punished for actually having a serious reason as opposed to the other guys, right?
You clicked on my post's quote number, pressed 13 letter keys and the space bar three times, then clicked the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, completed the image selection process, then clicked the Post button...
and yet you came away without contributing anything as simple as saying the name of a GnT special. Wow. Thank you.
>I'm a idiot
>I'm still using the shit captcha
All those webms have metadata, that with my own hands i put in it;
It exists for the exact purpose of making idiots stop asking.
If you don't know what metadata is, google is your friend.
Oh, so you take the time to put information in an obscure spot where it will take people far more effort than necessary to check, instead of putting it in the filename, just so you can inflate your own sense of superiority by pretending that there's some lower class of users that are deemed "idiots" by you because they themselves have this wild notion that people wouldn't intentionally obfuscate information for the purposes of seeming "smart".
Gotcha. Carry on.
That is the joke, yes, but I dont see how its any more harsh than lots of other stuff theyve pulled before. Have you seen their 24H Endurance Tag game? Or even the No Laughing Teachers where they thoroughly trash Endo's reputation? Brutal.
I actually wouldn't be surprised if they used the rumble ones. There's a lot of tricks they do for these gameshows, like fake boards and blocks to break, fake wasabi, even "fake" hot water.
Works in internet explorer, and in any case you're the dumb fuck who can't figure out how metadata works.
I know that feel. Right now I'm marathoning Kiki series.
I don't know how I shoved 2m and half in 3mb
I've see this before, it's AKB?
all of the dokkiri, dodgeball and shoujiki shougi eps are pretty good.
>tfw you've fapped dry so much that you've calloused your hands to the point of not feeling electric shocks.
After discovering this, anon realized he had a responsibility to use these powers for topkek, and captain insulation was born
There's this japanese gameshow I saw on the internet a while ago, that was like hide and seek/tag over a huge area, where the people who get caught have to find other people too?
And the people who are 'it' had white masks on?
It had 'oni' in the name, I think
A lot of these Japanese reality shows border on torture and abuse. E.g.: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nasubi
Guy was stripped naked, left in an apartment and had to survive off magazine sweepstake winnings. He lived on dog food and rice for A YEAR. When he thought he could finally leave he took his blindfold off and he was in an exact replica of the same apart but in another country. Everything was filmed and it's one of the highest rated TV shows in Japanese history. The finale of the show they brought him out on stage and he was a mess. It took him six months to be able to hold a conversation afterwards.
I am not good at making webms,
>select file limit to 3 MB
>makes it 2 MB
>select file limit to 5MB
>makes it 3.3MB
Reloaded made an appearance in today's Goboten too.
Aoi's celebration was the best.
I live in Japan right now and I see this show all the damn time. Last time I watched, they had a bunch of dudes getting on a bus along with a bunch of Batman cosplayers. Those ISIS-looking pain freaks were spanking up a storm.
Earlier this year, in a SKE48 show (Ebi Calcio), two girls (Tani Marika and Matsumura "Kaotan" Kaori) did more or less the same. They were given school swimsuits to wear, and hardtack to eat though.
Nasubi himself appeared in the first episode.
... huh. It looks like it was deleted from youtube though. But I remember there was a google drive... here.
This is the show proper, which has excerpts of the Tani/Kaotan segments:
This is the extended segments for Hulu (the Tani/Kaotan Nasubi-style segments):
Also, this isn't the first time they do it. In the previous SKE48 show of the series, Ebisho, Tani and Kaotan did a different challenge that also appeared in Denpa Shonen (the show where the Nasubi thing aired). They hitchhiked from the northernmost point of Japan back to Nagoya.
Of course, those challenges weren't as extreme as the original ones, but the love is still alive. And idols are for bullying.
Also, FOURTH EBI SHOW FUCKING WHEN!?
Whenever I encode using bitrate, it end up looking like shit.
I use qmin and qmax for that, but it was huge even going as high as qmin 30 and qmax 40, which was already showing some heavy artifacting, so... yeah.
I don't think qmax and qmin works for vp8, use 2pass. If there is too much artifacts you can downsample to 1.5/2 of the original size (using with 2pass does the job too).
With 4mb limit you don't have too many choices.
Even at 400k 2pass it was way over 4MB (4991kB to be exact), and of course, it looked like absolute garbage. And it's already 360p, so I don't know about making it even smaller in dimensions.
So again, just have the 9MB one:
But hey, if you can do better, please, feel free.
It looked mostly fake, as in they appeared at the set for a couple hours a week to film the bits.
And the shows can be brutal even today but only to "comedians" and starting ones. If you're idol you'll never see even a fraction of anything like that. Older comedian or some other sort of celebrity neither really.
Younger comedians get pretty much harassed and hazed, it's some sort of frat-like tradition amongst the comedians. But I think even amongst them it happens less and less. And idols and such have taken over comedy shows.
Reloaded hit today's Goboten too.
They were unhealthily thin by the last episode though.
Check their arms in the first episode, and compare them to the last one.
I don't remember, but their journal entries shown in the episodes have dates, I think.
But when they hitchhiked they took, like, 1 or 2 weeks, and the show itself lasted 3 months, so somewhere between that, I think.
>Live in Nara for a year.
>TV was just non stop fucking terribad variety shows where you didn't even know when one started and the other ended or shows about Ramen stores.
Where the fuck were the Gameshows when I was there? Japanese TV was awful.
I've started watching Gaki No Tsukai thanks to this thread. So far, the funniest parts are when the events involve the MCs rather than them just watching the sketches.
Are all the comedians on this show perverts? It seems Endo has affairs regularly and I just found out that Hamada also cheated on his wife (I know he's a sadist, but that's going a bit too far). I feel more and more sorry for Endo's ex Chiaki each passing year, but particularly in pic related scene, having to sit there and listen to her ex's perverted nature then revealing her own stories of torment for the sake of comedy. Funny as hell though, all cheaters should be publicly humiliated like this.
What's wrong with DM? Like you said, YT would remove them immediately, the lesser-known site means they stay up longer.
Does anyone know where I can watch these shows live? It would be interesting to see the full 6-hour special.
I can't time-tag on DM like YT, so if I wanted to post a moment to someone else I'd have to tell them to move to a timecode or extract and webm/reupload it.
It's not so much that there's an issue with DM (It's a fine alternative), but rather it's not as feature rich as jewtube.
The people on them are the lowest tier of celebrity, rather than random people from the public, is the main thing. Instead of the entire responsibility to make it entertaining being on the host and the editing, they can rely on the actually training, humor, interesting or silly talents, etc, from the performers.
I thought the 'autoaim' wasn't true until I attempted to team kill on halo. Then came the quest to remove the crutch and git gud. Learning to play without it actually made me better with the controller and just a little witht he mouse.
Mouse was always better to begin with though.
Because most idols are teenagers who don't have time to work and study at the same time. Also, there's so many of them that it's almost impossible for them to gain much notoriety outside of Japan.
You're being shown the bad ones on purpose.
Takayama (next to the dude in that clip) and Akimoto Manatsu (who is in the episode too) are actually pretty good. Manatsu in particular got... was it a 98% or something in a test they took that episode? It was in the 90s IIRC.
It's just that Maaya has proven to be kinda retarded, up to the point she comes with genius stuff like in that clip.
I am trying to firgure out who gets it the worst in the Batsu games. Tanaka gets it pretty bad with the DVDs, Yama-chan always gets a Chono slap. Endo gets it pretty horrible too especially in the Teachers one, Jesus Endo takes it on the chin in that one. Seems like Downtown get off pretty easy or am I wrong? I think Matsumoto is always #1 or #2 in buttslaps so maybe it's Hamada?
I only found him funny during the high school one. I just don't as big a kick out of watching someone smell something nasty as Hamada does.
Thinking back now I think the most I laughed at the Batsus was when the woman tried to show them her 3 subjects were under anesthetic/dead and she would slap them in the face with slippers etc. She was so beautiful too.
It is. Her height, face and hair too. But yeah, specially her voice.
Too bad she got fat as fuck since then. I was kinda in love with her back around that time, before their first CD came out and Akari hadn't quit.
But she got fat as fuck since then.
I keep hearing about this one where there's a giant sushi roll being pushed into a guys mouth by a robot. And then theres a part where they go;
>YOU ARE NOW ENTERING, WASABI ZONE
I don't have a clue what it is but I need to find it.
>half murican half jap
>actually, quite a good singer too, as shown in that AKBINGO where they sung songs they themselves wrote
>part of the most popular group in japan, that has sold over 1 million copies of every single for years, and releases 4 or 5 singles every year.
>will make you feel like protecting her whenever she's taking a flu shot (not me though. She's got a horse face)
And she'll never be yours.
Posting the shots for 2014 and 2015 after this.
Best I could find for 2014. If anyone can deliver a better one, I appreciate it.
Bonus: her song in AKBINGO.
These two songs are much superior though. But you need to speak japanese to understand how great they are. Though, well, I think there's subs for them floating around.
>Someone tried making a new thread but it died.
didn't post 3+ images and only had /r stuff in it.
