I used photoshop, painted over all the text with white, duplicated the original image on top, made a layer on top of that, then just retraced the lines with a brush mimicking the same one.

Ok if it's not to much trouble I have a few things I want done. Remove the writing of course, remove the tattoo on the arm, remove the white cloth coming up from the skirt, and remove the condoms, I'd also like the pink shadowing under her turned into like a dark grey and the white back ground turned into a darker grey. Exactly the opposite.
The examples you provided are filled with details. The Zelda images are not.

So I think your request is more about redrawing one of those screenshot in Ilya's style, rather than modifying it. Still doable, but a lot more time and effort required.

I'm absolutely crazy about this game right now and I would really like to use something related to it on the shitty old laptop that I carry with me to work everyday and such.

Hence, I was wondering if it would be possible for someone here with the skills to replace the entire background on this 2B wallpaper with a solid color while keeping 2B nice and detailed as she is, and also to change its resolution into a 1366x768 one please.

I'll leave the background color at your discretion, since from what I've seen in these threads you guys always nail the colors just fine.
I'm just more worried if it's at all doable without the outline becoming too choppy..

oh, you misunderstood what I meant. What I actually wanted was to have the original wallpaper shrunk down, with 2B in it and everything minus the sparks and lava, and have this placed inside the bordered reactangle on the middle or on the bottom-right side of the screen. Added with a solid color as the background.

Since it would give a minimalist vibe to the wallpaper while keeping the original intact.
If 2B was fully completed, you could just shrink her instead on the render you did and place her in a bottom side corner for a perfect minimalist wall, but since she's missing the top of her hair I thought I'd ask you to try a similar idea with using the full wallpaper instead.
Though your interpretation wasn't bad though, I'm archiving all of the variations so far anyway. Biggest thanks, man.
