I don't really see this doing too well because there are far too many opinions on what's good or not. For that reason you might prefer making your own list instead of crowd sourcing ideas and power tripping over the approval process. I suspect the lists would be 90%+ identical as there is generally a strong consensus about what games are fun and what games aren't.
