Alberto Gonzalez is easily the best composer on the system, the only one to touch him is Stello Doussis, who coincidentally happened to have scored the Ottifants game on the GBC. Trying to search for Gonzalez' music actually only brings up Doussis'.

His style may take awhile to get used to, but it's undoubtedly technically impressive. The only reason I place him below Gonzalez is because he only scored for 2 released games and Gonzalez released 26 magnificent soundtracks.
Funny thing about the Ottifants games is, it doesn't even stop here. Jason Page composed for Genesis and Game Gear games and he is rather talented too.
