I'd love that, 2x weakness is too much of a deciding factor in some matchups. Makes for an auto-loss if you happen to get a bad matchup, and completely kills the viability of some cards. If they'd stuck with that, maybe the power creep in more recent years wouldn't have been quite as bad.

Or maybe we'll just see a return of Broken Time Space for the shits and giggles.

I've started throwing it into a few decks as a one-of just because I pulled a full art. In place of one N. I have been quite surprised at how useful it can be on occasion. So many times in a game- especially early -your opponent plays themself down to one or two cards. Obviously one of these is a supporter/VS/Lele/Ultra Ball for next turn. But Wicke fucks that plan right over.

breh, the game is slow but not slow enough that you can afford to run a stage 2 deck without plenty of acceleration. Metagross decks also usually run 2 Vulpix, doesn't mean they don't run 3-4 candies. One of the main issues with stage 2 decks in general is they're inherently less consistent.

Was interesting looking at past events where you saw how far certain decks got, I think it was Liverpool regional where Tapu Bulu was played a lot and barely got anywhere despite so many people playing the deck.

Blinging a deck is always secondary to putting it together in the first place and the odds of pulling bling cards is ridiculously low. If you want the best efficiency for your money, buying singles is ABSOLUTELY the best way to go about getting the cards you want, and aside from the few outliers like full arts and Lele most cards aren't all that expensive. You should never expect opening packs to give you what you want.
