Nope. Giovanni as meh. Archie and Maxie were idiots. Cyrus was an autist. Ghetsis was a generic world domination type. Lusamine was actually kind of unsettling, but she wasn't threatening enough to really be villain material.

Lysandre in concept should have been a good villain, but in execution it turned out painfully mediocre.
