That's because it uses the arc and your level moron, just like GoIV. The point is sometimes you have to look under the hood to see the actual IVs. Calcy is just a crappier version of GoIV. With either, there's no reason to use a website IV checker

Yes, please. I've completed my regional Dex plus a couple regionals from traveling. Not counting legendaries, all I really have left to hunt now are Unown forms, which are way too rare to keep me stuck to this game every week.

Once the legendaries are through, we're going to need some fresh mons to hunt or else there won't be anything compelling left to do on a day-to-day basis for the dedicated players. Most of the dedicated playerbase have either finished the Dex or are very close.

I know it's not a popular opinion, but I would honestly love it if they just dumped all 802 Pokemon into the game at once. There'd be so much to catch and so much to figure out strategy-wise that we'd be kept engaged in the game for a long while. You could be hunting several rare white whales at once instead of just plodding through the last candies needed for Ampharos.

They're all submitted by Ingress players. They used to have open submissions when Ingress was smaller, but now that Pokemon GO is big they only open submissions to high-level players during special events.

Submissions get voted on by other local players and then Niantic manually approves them. There are of course a shitload of submissions and Niantic wants to get a lot more out there for the sake of Pokemon GO, so a lot of stupid ones slip through.

They should just let you make and save your own teams. There's a bunch of text lines added alongside the raid update about it, but it's still not in the game yet.

I get why they did it, obviously: the majority of people would get mad if they had to put any actual effort into catching a LEGENDARY monster. But I really wouldn't have minded legendaries being confined to special events in specific locations, like GO Fest (in a perfect world where GO Fest wasn't a disaster).

That's a good tip, but as the only level 35+ person with proper legendary counters who shows up to raids around here, the casuals pretty much rely on my damage output to actually win the fight. If I stayed down after my first knockout, the battle would probably stall out and we'd all lose.
