Oran lv 85 and Sitrus lv 75 gives roughly the same amount of JP as Lava Cookie at lv 75. After that yeah cookie gains much more than oran and sitrus, but do you know the cost to reach that?

Do you know it costs ~100k for one level after 75. And when the cookie reaches lv 75, what would you do when it's the only berry give high JP and other berries give shit? Continue upgrading the cookie?

Don't just think about the JP gain and throw the costs out of the window, anon.

The last league battle gives about 10-15k for each run, and that's counting Roddy tackle event.

Hey guys I found a new event maybe. Use LP to lose 3 times in a row and a guy will give you 3 more. I realised after the fact you can use this with a coin boosted Karp to score big money.

Also anyone else kind wish this will carry over into the main games? Like I'm a battle you use splash and it says "Magikarp leap XXX feat in the air and used splash!... But nothing happened." It would be cool. Add different patterns and make it so it's a higher level/has higher friendship/boosted EV/IVs it goes higher... Might be cool.

Imagine two champs in a league having a splash battle.

I've no doubt it is much better than Pikachu and that it will be helpful. I'm still a bit skeptical, though. At level 61, you need 60M+ to max out. A Litten would help with that, but not by much. On the other hand, Rowlet gives coins in tens of thousands. That could be used to upgrade berries and training items to help you get a lot more than what Litten gives.

Ultimately, I'll end up getting both, but I'm leaning a bit towards Rowlet at the moment. It really depends on how much Litten can give at max level.

Keep saving for Charizard.

Your best income for coins is getting Karp's maxed out ASAP. Popplio just makes a sunken treasure appear underwater (red Pokéball), and the rewards aren't nice enough to justify the price.
Rowlet just gives coins, which aren't hard to come by late game.

Charizard can give any of the items in the shop (yes, even the mountain of coins), and it can also give Support Candies, the only renewable source of them.

Slowpoke is also bought alongside Charizard, as it's skill restores one random Pokémon's skill, once per 12 hours. By making sure only Charizard is on cooldown when you use Slowpoke you get two items per 12 hours.

You need to pray to get All that Glitters, and then you also have 50%? chance of it being 7 diamonds
or get the Lost Luvdisc event for 4 Diamonds

So, 2-berry. I, too, was testing it myself. I just completed the Heavy League, and so far, the progress has been nothing special. It's taken me longer to get here than it did on my normal playthrough. I just bought Exeggutor, and both my berries are at 250 JP, so maybe it'll get better. Hopefully.

On a side note, that one I caught Karp with 150% Food bonus was great. Got to the level cap in no time.

The best thing you can do right now is continue updating the weakest berry and don't upgrade or buy anything else.

Or try to get to Lava cookie and upgrading it, hoping for a miracle that the spawn rate in this game is the same for all berries and the Lava cookie has the best sufficient cost. it's not true in the current version, but this may be true some time in the future.

It is a thing, but 2-berry is better, even at late game. An anon said at lv 75, great effort can raise a karp from 1-61, so it has to be good. At the same time, 20 berries will also raise a karp to max (so it's not about passive here, 2-berry is superior end-game. Not in early game though). Berries can grow past 75, idk about training, but I've heard they cap at 75 (someone say me wrong here!).
