Don't only use Dittos to breed because Dittos can't provide egg moves

oh mighty wifi gen! it has been too long and i seek your autistic guidance once again. I farmed myself a shiny beware and ev trained him. He has 4 maxed iv's, missing attack and speed. I have the bottle caps to max those iv's but the problem is getting him to lv 100. I'm lazy as hell and hate refighting the elite four over and over and over again. I'm at the point where i'm only getting 3 to 4 levels a run and im not even level 75 yet. I tried my little island exp leveler and it took 99 rounds for just 3 levels...What do?! How can I get to lv 100 easier?

I like to collect colored shards from the treasure hunter island in the poke pelago. Your good for 3-5 shards a session, and if you're anal retentive you can get in 2 sessions a day. With work i usually only get one a day. 30 shards traded to the old creep in the back of the house in festival Plaza will buy you a bottle cap. So I passively earn 3-5 bottle caps a month that way, or about 1 every week.

No, I was comparing it to how I would farm tms in other cartridges by training Pokemon teaching them them a tm and then trading them to my main file. Is there a way to manipulate the RNG in Emerald to give me the IVs I want more consistently? I'm trying to chain breed a male Roselia to have 31 HP and both defenses so I can teach it Aromatherapy so I can breed it with my Chansey, chain bred from Dittos to have 31 in at least HP or Defense, to get a solid Aromatherapy Blissey for the Battle Pyramid because I'm autistic. I know everything is set when the egg is generated but the IVs are only set after you take it, so I've got a Bold male sitting in the egg right now, but my odds are 1 in like 450 eggs. And I have to do Chansey after this. And then breed them together. Is there a method to control this madness or is there no way to manipulate any of it?

I'll help you out since the thread's edgelord won't.

IV Breeding in Sun/Moon (assuming that's the game you're using) is braindead easy. Just lurk around on /vp/ until you see one of the daily/weekly Ditto GTS threads and get one. They'll have perfect IVs in 5 or all 6 stats. In the meantime, read up on SOS chaining so you can get a good Bagon to begin with. After 50 SOS calls or so, the Bagon will have 3 or 4 perfect IVs, giving you a solid base to work with. I recommend Synchronize to get the nature you want so that the Ditto's nature won't matter. Get a Destiny Knot (I don't remember where it is) and breed the Bagon with the Ditto, while Bagon holds the Everstone (guarantees that it's nature is passed to the baby) and while Ditto holds the Knot (guarantees 5 IVs get passed down from the parents into the baby). After you hatch a few, go to the PC and look at their IVs and switch the original Bagon with a newborn one if it's IVs are better. Aside from egg moves, it takes like 30 minutes for me to breed something from scratch this way.

If you're against injected/edited Dittos, you can SOS chain them yourself and get it 100% legit.

Switch into a level 40-50 ghost type Pokemon and just destroy the sos Pokemon while the original can't touch me then switch into a normal after the sos pokemon transforms into the ghost so I can switch to prevent a struggle death. I have been just spaming oran Berry's I grinded in peligo to keep my Pokemons hp up while chaining. I've gotten two 4 iv Pokemon and a shiny possible 3 iv through chaining so I'm not complaining for the time it takes.
