welp spoof lads, i think android spoofing is dead for me. I managed to use a different phone without the recent update and now my game is slow as shit. mons are only error messages when i click them, and even poke stops are registering as network errors constantly. clicking on gyms freezes the game and even looking at my mons while seeing where they were caught from crashes me. to top it off having fly gps open with pogo brings my battery heat up to 43'c while my other phone doesnt.

There is a team of multi accounters + spoofers that completely controls a huge part of the city that I live in, and I take their gyms down without sticking anything in at all nowadays, not even a throwaway Pidgey or Rattata.

Why? Because I used to do that a lot and one day they reacted and took down almost all the gyms that I was in, strat them up to 10 and filled instantly.

I lost about 10 gyms I was in that day and it took a long time for me to recover. Lots of innocent players were caught in the crossfire too. I don't want to deal with that again at all.

This. Idaho was awesome during release. People exchanging batterys, info, hell gave plenty of people rides from park to park as we moved from nests to gyms. Had a couple bars on stops and gyms so you could sit and bullshit with strangers and friends over beer and Pokemon. Too bad game is shit and hype died. Nobody left to play it just spoofers.

/Who/ else here sometimes uses gymhuntr just to see some autistic rage happening? Personal experience:

>Be me
>own over 10 gyms spread out over different towns (hometown, college etc.)
>whenever I get kicked out of an local gym I don't panic and wait for the next opportunity I'm close to that gym
>Often on Friday nights a bunch of yellow carfags attack 2 or 3 gyms of my local team
>Scan and watch teammates freak out, take back the lost gyms and take revenge on the other team
>Rinse and repeat until peace returns for at least another week
It's entertaining to watch them go at each other. Usually it's the same names so those guys probably have a pretty short temper. It's also funny how those local yellow guys never bother to get outside of their cars. One of the places they often attack, two gyms are pretty close to one another except one is in the middle of a parking lot while the other you need to walk about 50 meters over some grassy field.

I'm team Instinct, and almost all of the gyms in my area are Mystic. When I take down their level 10 gyms I leave them grey so there are no reprisals against the few gyms I actually do put myself into (and build up). I also do this if I've already collected that day. Taking down their gyms tends to keep them busy building them up again, so they are more likely to leave the few Instinct gyms alone. Doesn't always work, but at least they don't come gunning for me because I keep knocking over their gyms (then I'd have no chance).

The best strategy is to take them almost all the way down. Leave the gym at level 1 with a 3k dragonite as the only thing in it. Makes them work harder.

This strategy is sound, but your example is a little weak. I absolutely love training gyms full of dragonites. Got 3 Lapras all around 1400-1600 CP, plus 5-6 Cloysters between 1400-1500. Of all the common defenders, dragonite might be the easiest to train. Now you leave behind a 3k Blissey or Snorlax then you've really screwed some people.

Yeah, I know that dragonite is not too hard to train against for some people that have the right prestigers and experience, but in my area if you reduce a big gym to level 1,there will always be a dragonite or tyranitar on top.

I finally completed my gen 1 dex two weeks ago when I hatched my first one. Than a few days later I immediately got my second one because Hanke pulled an early April fools joke on me.

At least both had really good IVs (best one 95.6%) and great movesets. V/SB and V/PW. I was rewarded for waiting so long I suppose
