you can build anything you want for playing around on the client. It is quite difficult to drop below a 50% win rate so long as you have a basic grasp of deck building in regards to consistency & draw.

Of those cards, your best bet is some kind of Dewgong stall/mill build I'd say. Ursaring & Chansey both lack much direction, taking too many energy attachments to get going. You will just get picked off as you try to set up over and over.

I'm just getting into the tcgo. I've been playing versus with the blue deck, I win a lot. I bought the roaring heat theme deck. What should I do from here? I don't have enough tickets to enter tournaments, and I don't know what deck I want to build in Standard.

Just keep exhausting your bonus wheel as much as you're willing to play theme each day. The blue starter deck is a good choice, it's better than the primarina deck which makes it top 3 in theme.

You'll probably need at least 5-10 packs to assemble something playable in standard. Even with a kind of shitty deck you can maintain a 50+% WR in standard because there are tons of bad players around, and standard plays so much faster than theme that it's never worth it to play theme once you've got something that works in standard unless you like janky as fuck decks full of dead cards.

A good first deck is Golduck-SM/Starmie EVO/Octillery since all of the cards are cheap as fuck but also capable of winning games, and no shaymeme required.

I started decimating Standard with an OC water box that uses Lapras GX as a glass cannon (by decimating, I mean I best everyone who wasn't using a meme deck).
