It takes 15 - 20 min with a friend, assuming you dont suck enough to lose

I've haven't been "playing" pogo much lately but still open the app once or twice a day just see if anything rare happens to spawn and I keep up with the subreddit pretty regularly but as of the most recent nest change I have noticed that there has been an insane amount of Exeggcutes spawning on my house/neighborhood i mean an INSANE amount.i live right next to a small church and thatsit but Is it possible that my house/neighborhood turned into a nest? When I do the whole Cydia Impactor thing for the iOS spoofing workaround, it gives me an error when I enter in my information every single time. I've tried this on multiple occasions and I get the same message.

I used to spoof. It was too easy and after 3 gyms I realized it was unfair to take gyms and just left it alone. I got bored of it. I had a lot more fun in my legit days going out and playing.

My brother got a new phone and we could play together. I started a new account to play legit with. We got excited when we took down gyms and over simple things like finding a single Grimer. It was a lot slower going but much more rewarding and I got to play with someone who was really into it, unlike my other friends who played it for 2 months then got bored because they couldnt get a Mewtwo already.

Then during winter a lot more people began spoofing. It was too cold to go out anymore. Me and my brother would still get dressed for it and go out but it became pretty oppressive when every single gym would go from our control to LVL 10 2700+CP enemy gym in less than an hour. Watched gyms getting built up at 2AM while we stood in front of it and no one was around. Made a list of all the people magically appearing on it. Started seeing a pattern. Its gotten to the point about 85% of gyms here are all spoofer controlled. Even legit players are mad at their own faction because they cant put anything up anymore. Dont know what the point of having a high CP Dragonite is if they cant even use it.

Alright Bulba's are really rare for me and even during the starter event I didn't get as many as I wanted to. The total is 105 candy and I already have an Ivysaur, lv 9 and 84% IVs. I also have a lv 8 Bulbasaur with 95.6% IVs.

So which one should I choose to evolve? The Ivysaur so I get my first Venusaur or go for Bulbasaur and wait a little longer to get a Venusaur?
