I just walked to the source of those corridors, there is a door thats supposed to get you there, but there's obviously no warp.... it just leads you to a foggy sky with the corridors below you

I would like to remind everyone that you can get games as pretty as Sm4sh and Kid Icarus: Uprising at 60 fps with 3D on an old 3DS.

Basically, it just means Game Freak is fucking awful at 3D graphics and optimization.

Smash 4 cuts Assist Trophies frame rate in half just to get the characters to be 60.
And the Ice Climbers had to be cut because 8 60FPS models would make the 3DS shit itself.
Also no Miiverse on old 3DS and loading times out the ass.

The four fighters on screen are 60FPS, pretty much nothing else is. I mentioned Assists but Pokémon are 30 too. I don't even think stage backgrounds move at 60FPS.
