Is there any way to breed Baton Pass and Moonblast onto one Cutiefly/Ribombee?

Here are the parents for the moves...

Baton Pass

>Scolipede

Moonblast

As for getting both moves onto a Cutiefly is concerned, just use the offspring from one paring with one of the 'mons that knows the other desired move.

Similarly, for Moonblast, you could use a Whimsicott or Clefairy as the father

Well, the offspring will be whatever the mother is. that's why the father will be whatever has the move that you need that can breed. Since you can only breed one move at a time, this particular move combo needs two dads from the groups mentioned above.

Males can pass down the ball they're in 50% of the time when you're breeding the same species as well as with Ditto. Which means you can get the starters and their ha in a aricorn balls for example

This, however can only be done at level 100, and will not affect the actual IVs of the pokemon, making it literally useless in terms of breeding and should be reserved for imperfect shinies and Legenderies since they can't breed.
