When I EV train with a Power Item, SOS and Pokérus I'm not getting the 36 (1+8x2x2) EVs into the stat I'm training, and I'm certain of this because when I KO 7 pokemon I don't end up with the full 252 EVs in the stat, does anyone know where I'm going wrong? The pokemon I'm EV training are in my party while my SOS chaining mon knocks out the pokemon for me, does the Exp Share have anything to do with this or is there something I'm missing here?

Not without cheating. Unless you are breeding genderless 'mons, I ended up breeding a few boxes just to have a perfect couple of male and female. Then I ditch the ditto and sweet incest occur.
Even with 6IV parents, everstone, and D Knot, the baby rarely have 6IV itself. Most of the time, it's 5IV and a random shit one.
