I have a box and half of 4 or 5 perfect IV jangmo-o's to trade. Perfect IVs are any combo including both attack stats. Natures and abilities are random. I do have a lot of modest guys if you are interested in an automize set

I only just started breeding the HA ones. I'd been screwing up horribly because I was trying to breed the HA male with a regular female.

I'll have a fair few spares in a little bit though, most likely. Trying to breed them over to love balls now, and I'm sticking modest on them cause the end result of all this is a froslass and I want a special-based one. Not much in the way of egg moves, unfortunately.

But yeah sure I can toss you one. I guess a cottonee or an absol or growlithe or whichever works for you.

This is again where I miss friend safari; it was easy to catch a load of ditto in a friend safari until you had one of each nature so you could have very easy control over nature breeding, but in this game you're sort of stuffed unless you catch a load of abra, manage to get one of each nature with synchronise and then catch the pokemon in the wild first.

It's pretty varied, if you're using it as a well something defensive boosting but it can also be a bulky special sweepers. Best to run some calculations to find something that might survive some common threats.

Yeah, It uses the opponents attack stat. So I come in an physically attacker while it tries to setup, usually tank a hit or two and get off a spore and the strength sap depending on the situation obviously. If low health obviously you strength sap.
For example
I switched in my Shii into Mimikyu while it SD, tanked the hit at about half health after lefties and clicked Spore but Effect Spore took effect and luckily got the sleep so the Spore I used didn't work lol but anyways, then I Strength Sap and got all my health back, so I was guaranteed to live at least 2 now after that so from there on you can either Leech Seed or break the Mimikyu's disguise.
Anyways you get the jist of it I hope.
