They should just max out the IVs of all Pokemon when you enter a PvP match by default desu. That way all Pokemon can stay "unique" in-game which GameFreak is so autistic about but they don't hamper the online experience anymore. Hidden Power would be based on the Pokemon's original IVs (same as Hyper Training does now). The only thing we would lose are the minmaxed 0 Atk / 0 Speed IVs spreads but that's honestly a tiny price to pay for all the headache it would allow us to avoid.
