I don't really have anything specific in mind, but if there's an actual purpose to the testing and not just Faba and the employee fucking with the grunt it would probably be best to think of something specific they'd be testing for and work backwards from there. Faba already uses psychic types, so maybe something regarding brain activity during sex. Man, I didn't expect much response, since the idea was kinda ignored last thread, haha. Now I'll feel like I'm letting a lot of people down if I can't pull through. Guess I better get my GAMER FUEL on.

I'm throwing together a story board of how I want it to go while I'm compiling some assets n stuff. I had a couple different ideas how to roll it out. They're all pretty unambitious, but I don't wanna promise some mind and dick blowing evolution in dating games here. Maybe after it's done I'll go back and make a V2 with some more advanced dating mechanics, but not gonna promise what I don't know if I can deliver for now

Pic related, the different formats I was thinking. They each have different pros and cons, so one's not really gonna be better or easier than the others. So if there's any kinda consensus on which is superior it'll help me keep the project organized.

Also since multiple people asked about contributing stuff, that'd be awesome, but I want to crank out a working demo before I actually ask anyone to contribute anything. I don't want people to waste their effort if it turns out I'm actually a huge cocksucking faggot who overestimated their ability to use python. I'm pretty confident I can do it, though full disclosure it'll be the first time I actually try to push a full on VN without half the work already being done. As long as I don't get hit by a car again, I don't see a reason why I wouldn't be able to, but all the same I don't wanna put anyone out till I have some proof of concept.

Hopefully I can hammer it out over the weekend, maybe even have something somewhat resembling playable by Saturday night if I skip the gym and order a pizza.

It's not that the first one is more complicated per se, but it's obviously gonna effect how each scenario is written, since they all have to conclude at a point where they can become one of several endings. From a coding perspective it SHOULDN'T be more difficult, unless I have an anyerism and forget how to basic addition. Coding for VNs is pretty paint by numbers honestly, it's hard to fuck up if you can add, subtract, and write the word 'if'. If you wanna try your hand at it, it's probably one of the simplest ways to pick up coding. Renpy can be an aggressive tart if you don't already understand the absolute basic coding logic, but there's compilers out there that help you with syntax.

I am completely crippled with ADHD though, so whenever I do any kinda project I need everything sorted and organized VERY specifically, and how I go about putting the thing together is gonna effect how I sort the behind the scenes stuff. Gotta know what order to prioritize stuff, then I don't end up misplacing things, forgetting crucial steps, or not programming in the UI at all because I forgot that was a thing you need...

So, idea for a cute "how Guzma and Plumeria met" fic that I'm going to write whenever I'm in the mood for not smut. Has to do with the general "Kukui, Guzma, Molayne, and Kahili do their trials together" series I kinda wanna do.

>Sees an Ariados, he already has a Spinarak but hey, more cool bug dudes are never a bad thing
>About to confront it to battle it but suddenly another trainer approaches it, a fucking nine year old girl
>He's about to yell at her "WATCH OUT LITTLE GIRL THAT BIG BUG IS DANGEROUS" before she pulls out a Salandit, tries to catch it but when she checks her bag she finds all of her Pokeballs are gone, so Guzma butts in and offers her one, she grudgingly accepts and catches it
>"That's cool that you like bug Pokemon. Most girls don't like bugs."

Considering that it'll likely never be distributed outside these anonymous boards that are impossible to police, I don't think I'll be in any danger. Besides you can't sue someone who doesn't have any money

Anyway, I underestimated how tired I was, so I'll probably head to bed soon, but I'll pick back up first thing in the morning. I'm not really super happy with the 3D models because they're not exactly being cooperative with me, I only ever worked with 2D shit before, so the poses have come out kinda stiff. But I've already set up most of the sheet for Guzma, so I'll probably stick with'em through the 'demo' and replace'em with something better rendered or some 2Ds later.

Current 'plan' is to finish a single scene by Saturday and make it actually playable. Probably won't get around to doing multiple endings just yet, but good enough for a proof of concept. Call me a cocksucking faggot if I don't deliver.

There will be lewd. As for short, I wasn't planning on it. I kinda set my mind to at least three different scenarios for each character with a bare minimum of four characters. The over all length of each will probably vary a bit, but it's still 12 different dates you can go on with the skulls with multiple different endings for each one. Might add more characters or options as I go, but I don't wanna Peter Molyneux myself over a Pokemon dating game.
