since actually disassembling and reassmebling a zygarde makes it have a completely new nature/IVs...

can you "upgrade" an early-assembled zygardoge/snek (aura break since not 100cells yet) into a power construct one once you have 100, or does it require an actual reassembling?

Yeah, takes a bit of luck and memorization to get good at it. A lot of Pokemon that should destroy your team have shit sets so once you find that out things start going a lot faster.

Just for casually getting an item or two, I'd recommend at least one mon that has good recovery. There's a lot of retarded stall mons that will beat you if you fight them head on, but do nothing if you just pp stall them by healing and switching.

Entrainment is a good option to change abilities that nullify Spore such as Overcoat- Gastro Acid completely negates the ability instead of giving them yours.

Soak is great against Grass and Ghost types, Grass is immune to Spore and Ghost to False Swipe.

Go back to Route 3 and get the Soothe Bell off an NPC. Give it to that Pokemon and just have that Pokemon level up a lot with EXP Share. That's the most sure-fire way of happiness evolution. If it starts from a low-enough level (sub-10), it'll evolve with happiness somewhere in the 20s.

Is there any goddamn way to stop a pokemon from calling for help? I am sick of when I try to catch something it calls for help and I have to kill it before I can throw a fucking ball, especially when I finally get that 5%er in perfect catch range and then I have to kill LITERALLY 12 pokemon before I am allowed to throw a ball.

A friend of mine is having issues with festival plaza. Apparently they don't actually get player guests, only NPCs called "Festival Fan." This is in spite of the fact their plaza is level 20. The only way they can get actual players is by paging them.

I think someone said at 30 chain length they have the maximum of 4 perfect 31 IVs. Catched an Eevee, but can't check how it turned out because 'lol go catch 20 eggs to check IVs'.
Hidden Ability and shiny seem to be just random.
A generally good mon would be parasect. Easy to get, false swipe, spore, some hard hitting move and you are good to go.
Smeargle is also good, but takes a while to set up. But if you give it recover and recycle and a leppa berry you need no other recovery items for a chain.
It also depends on what you want to chain. If you wanna catch ghost mons you need a different setup to make sure you can hit them with false swipe.

If you generally need a walkthrough:
>get mon to near death(false swipe it to 1 HP)
>use adrenaline orb
>wait until second mon appears(waste turns by using adrenaline orbs, it won't use it up but still waste a turn)
>kill second mon

You don't even have to refight the E4. Just go back in his cave. I don't know if maybe there's another condition like a day has to pass but I didn't beat the E4 again and simply went back there. Can't remember if it was on the same day though.

Any way of grinding frienship fast?
There's like a billion mons that require it this time around, and doing it "legit" would take aeons.

I'm already using the island, but I don't know how much frienship it actually gives you per hour.

well if you want to brute force it you can slap a soothe bell on it and teach it TMs forever, you should get 2 friendship per TM (most things start at 70 friendship and evolve at 220)

Hotsprings actually boost a Pokemon's happiness, but I'm not sure by how much. I think it said if you leave them in there over 24 hours they actually start losing happiness. I left a Riolu in there this morning and put enough berries for 12 hours, I should go and check how close that got me.

Probably E4 if you have 1 pokemon that can reliably solo it.
haven't checked out the battle buffet yet in post game but serebii says it gets a buff after E4. Or you can battle Morimoto.
But those are only one time daily events. The wild pokemon before the battle tree also don't seem to give a lot of exp. They are only good to level something to around lvl 35-40 fast, after that it slows down a lot.
