Maybe I don't grasp the set completely, but Incineroar hits 240 Speed max, thanks to being base 60.
So why not Flame Charge? Weaker, but boosts speed.
Or Flare Blitz, for the power, although its recoil is very detrimental to setting up and boosting.

No problem, to each his own. Me, I like how disproportionate the claws are, and how disproportionate it is in general. Between that and the odd wireframe design, it makes Necrozma look really alien. It's too sharp, it's not aerodynamic, its typing doesn't match its appearance or background, it's not colored like any living thing (or Pokemon) but doesn't read as artificial either. For me, it really succeeds in looking like it's not from this world, and looking cool in doing so.

It's really easy to dislike, actually, it undoes all of the design innovation that the rest of gen 7 improved after the four generation design disaster that preceded it.
