Still fucking mad they had to use that bullshit to give Ash a reason to lose. Sinnoh was the one he could have won and they could have easily played around with filler instead of wasting a literal year of episodes (52) in-between his 7th and 8th badges.

Giovanni was always very professional when it came to battles both in the anime and the OVA. Giovanni was also pretty fair too, if not generous to his opponents. His grunts are the ones that cheat.

Charizard, Pikachu and Sceptile all have defeated legendaries. I don't like including Pikachu since his "power level" fluctuates throughout the show, whilst guys like Charizard are always treated as Ash's trump card. Assuming the movies don't count, they've beaten:
