They're all the arcade characters, so it could be Sceptile or Chandelurr. None of the others are being added to the arcade version. Unless they throw a curveball and add another Pokemon to the arcade version close to Wii U version release.

I wanted to check to see if any of the other Pokemon's renders fit the shape of this silhouette.

I shrunk down each render until it entirely fit inside the shape of the keychain. Some of them had to be shrunken down quite a bit and don't fit very naturally at all.

Chandelure and Pikachu Libre both worked pretty well, so my guess is it's one of them.

Yeah, also keep in mind that the keychains all have some sort of extra flair added onto them, so this could be entirely pointless.

I still think it looks like Chandelure though. If you rotated the render clockwise a tiny bit, it'd work even better.

It's a serpentine one. You can see the tip of the tail on bottom left. Sadly Milotic doesn't have that kind of tail, ugh
