At least Sky Attack gets Hawlucha as a good user for it. I can't even think of a niche for Zap Cannon or Inferno, since I'm pretty sure anything that learns those also gets Thunder Wave/WoW.

It's super gimmicky but Zap Cannon users on a Gravity team works pretty well. It has the accuracy of focus miss under those conditions, so it's fun as hell when luck is on your side.

Pory-Z is brutal because Adaptability, that's the biggest factor.

The only mon I think would be viable with it is Pidgeot. Give it that and Focus Blast, and you'll have a beast.
