Lampent. I wish you got Litwick in the 20s, evolve in the 30s, then use Dusk Stone for chandelure.

But in every game Litwick is available, by the time you get one to level 41 for Lampent, you already have access to a Dusk Stone or already have one.

I think that the whole porygon family concept is pretty genious, 2 being the progression of the 3D quality (it's rounder), and Z being just Porygon2 after the unnoficial update (a virus/bug) that messed up with it. I don't have personal preference though, I like 2 and Z equally.

It will forever suffer the pain of being designed as a First Boss first and foremost. Back when Pokemon was first being developed with the mindset of a single player RPG with optional multiplayer. Its intended function was always "First somewhat intimidating opponent but not too tough"
