Always thought chimecho should have an evo and not a mega.
I get why, I just don't think you could justify +50 speed. Why not just give it
lel still retardedly good with base 15 attack. Dat double swords dance with off a base 120 BP fighting move.
it effectively has +6 attack for every punch move.
15 base stat invested at +6 with a boosting nature is equivalent to a base stat of 207 invested with a boosting nature
Cool thine tits.
Go with defiant. It already has ways to meme most the levitate cucks like washrom.
I like Defiant so much too because it beats every Defogger. Every damn one. And Mold Breaker is really only good for the Rotom formes, all other Levitate mons already get beat by it.
>I get why, I just don't think you could justify +50 speed. Why not just give it simple?
well my idea was also related to the design. mega magcargo would suddenly dry up and turn it's shell into a wheel. so it would become much faster, but also bulkier, and also even with dry skin since it now would absorb all water attacks. i know it sounds stupid, but hey i liked the challenge and i tried
here are a couple of more generic/weird ones i made. this one was inspired by the fact that someone said once on vp that machamp is the only fighting type that learns dual chop
kinda stupid and also generic but hey at least it's out of the ordinary and still somewhat plausible
here's another one. sudowoodo already learn dynamicpunch so i went with that. always thought its arms looked sorta like boxing gloves. rattles can give it a nice boost on switch ins, but it then missed out on dynamicpunch (only via emerald)
heres the obligatory fairy mega, in this case a favorite shitmon of mine

At last, it can abuse Coil, Leaf Blade, Outrage, and Knock Off to become the semi-bulky sweeper it was meant to be. 140 base speed is ridiculously fast in OU, and 127 base attack is more than enough to wreck some shit. 75 HP is subpar, but at least it has a better chance of taking a hit than, say, Weavile. Regal Force basically translates to "fuck Steel-types and fairies." Far too tired to make the rest of the Unova starter megas, but this can be a start for someone.

The fact that this exact design will never be a reality is heartbreaking. I hope it at least gets a decent mega, especially considering the relative lack of Ice type megas

Made a Mega Meganium sketch because it sounds like it has the potential to be a cute mega
What do you think? Probably need a few tweaks.
Its tusks aren't made of ice. They're frozen over. Which makes the design better as they're the only exposed part of its body.
Of all the pokemon you you selected, you chose to do Probopass first. What the fuck.
The line work is pretty good but the design itself is pretty basic. That being said, there isn't much you can do with it anyway.
when i came up with a rock/electric probopass i had the idea of a design where probo would look like it had just been electrified, ie, the hair/moustache all messed up, eyes burning red going crazy, the 3 heads looking like they just went to hell and came back.
that said i really like the way that looks. thanks m8!!
shut up you fuckhead moron
>Of all the pokemon you you selected, you chose to do Probopass first
This is because is one of my favorite Pokemon.
However, I asked your opinion because I want to improve the design. I know that the design is basic, but I prefer a basic design than designs like Mega Sharpedo.
> the hair/moustache all messed up
Great idea! What do you think now?
The pic is not mine.
>This is because is one of my favorite Pokemon.
One of my most hated pokemon if I'm to be honest. Although, I'm sure you've gathered as much already. I think it's the eyes that bother me so much.
I have to agree that simple mega evolutions are typically the best. However, a good design should clearly display what alterations have been made to a pokemon. I would try to add something that shows off its new typing.
And maybe drop the hat down to cover the eyes.
Personally, I find indifferent the typing. It is true that add details that shows its new typing is fine, but I preferred to base the design on its real origin, shows part of its body, the mini-noses are the ears again yet while showing the east, west and south...
The eyes... moai eyes are creepy, although are more friendly and funny in Probopass

Now it only has three weaknesses, and they're 2x instead of 4x. It takes half damage from eight types (normal, grass, flying, psychic, bug, rock, dragon, fairy) and quarter damage from ice, with one immunity.
Does this make it a decent curse/trick room mon, at least?

Grass / Fairy
60 / 57 / 105 / 87 / 115 / 146
>it's pretty awesome in doubles actually, which is the meta GF usually balances their pokemon for
it's terrible in doubles. it's a one trick gimmick and unlike bisharp, which has a priority move and tons of resistances, milotic has nothing to work for it. that's why it's C rank in doubles OU
I did this one a while back.

Jesus Christ it's still horrible
It's C rank in it's current form and only in the 6v6 format, which is unofficial. The additional Fairy typing would give Milotic tons of great resistances. Unlike Bisharp Milotic also wouldn't suffer from any crippling 4x weakness, which on top of high defensive stats makes it a much bulkier Pokemon overall. It might not have any priority, but spread moves would give it it's own valuable niche. Basically a better Wigglytuff which saw some use during VGC14 (even winning one of the sanctioned tournaments).

Now has access to Slack Off.
Makes sense flavour-wise since other than poison and normal, most moves it learns are dark type. It has no weaknesses other than a Moldbreaker ground attack. I boosted its special side the most to round up its defenses and so it can make use of its amazing move pool, including Thunder(bolt), Flamethrower/Fire Blast, Blizzard, Dark Pulse, etc. If I just dumped it all in Def then it would serve no other roll than to be a regular Weezing but better, and that'd be boring.
Boost to Atk and Spe to not minmax too much.
I fear that this thing would be too good with stockpile, slack off plus two attacks (or will-o)
Correction, Weezing learns just as many ghost type moves as dark type moves (7).
On top of that it learns 31 normal type attacks, 10 poison type attacks and 5 fire type attacks (which is why many people think its mega could be poison/fire).
Also, it does not learn Blizzard, my mistake.
I think it is generally a good idea to look for the type of the attacks a mon can learn to determine its potential mega typing.
new moves: gunk shot, sludge wave, hurricane.
That last point is why I love the idea of a troll-y ice/fighting mega Weavile.

There. It has its strengths, but the mega evolution is entirely for the extra defense, speed, and water veil. That stops it from getting burned. It still dies in one hit to anything's thunderbolt, but that was the trade off for the insane setup potential it has.
True but when I designed it I was thinking it would be a cool niche to have a Sand Rush pokemon that also ales advantage of the buffed SpD due to Sand being up. As it is now there aren't any Rock types with Sand Rush. It's abysmal SpD and Spd is slightly made up for under Sand, being able to withstand a LO Draco Meteor from Latios under Sand. Yes, Aqua Jet, I get it, but most pokemon don't get to sweep with no counters. It's essentially a rich man's Excadrill that doesn't fear Technician Mach Punch and other physical priority.
Plus it has a slightly easier time against Rotom-W which most Sand Rush pokemon struggle with, with the potential for a STAB +2 Stone Edge.
I admit it has glaring weaknesses but its pros are good enough to make it BL at least.

rattled it's okay since it's major problem is defeatist and may give a boost to speed on switching due to the omnipresence of knock off and u-turn. give him priority moves and it's good
