Not me since I have terrible luck. Still, shinies you breed or catch are definitely some of the more satisfying moments in Pokemon.

>decide to go shiny hunting in friend safari
>2nd encounter is a shiny

>plan to shiny hunt all day
>find shiny way too fast
>nothing to do for the rest of the day

This has happened to me.

>Go inside a friend safari that consists of only two Pokemon (one of 'em being Combee)
>Bracing for shiny female Combee (leading with Cute Charm male Jiggs)
>Find a shiny female Combee within 10 minutes

Roaming legendaries stay shiny anon. They're generated on the first encounter and they stay that way no matter how many more times you see them.
