rules are obvious. Well designed wallpapers will get well designed wallpapers.
do le you le have a le problem with le that le sir?
These are decent
That looks incredible
I was able to give you the same as mine, but I then realize that it was the same.
Here you go.
Sorry got it.
They're looking good.
They're incredibly good, But the one that interests me the most is this.
Because apparently, I got something related to this right here:
These collection is good Anon. I'll give you these much.
It's the same scene, drawn with the same style, but I've checked and these two pics are from different artists. It's odd.
It's my first time seeing this. Hmmm..,
Is there a higher resolution for your pic OP?
uh as the artist of the first, much less well done picture, I could shed some light
They're supposed to look the same; I drew it with that in mind
It was more seeing that style and attempting to replicate it. Nothing was traced, more just looking at it and seeing if I could do the same thing they did. Especially the clouds, as it's something I still have a lot of trouble with. I liked the way they looked and wanted to see if I could make clouds like that too, and then somehow learn from it and use it later to better my work.
I guess you could say imitation is the sincerest form of flattery? I dunno, hate me for it if you want to.
I haven't really done anything with that style since, and while it's nice to see that someone saved my shitty art and posted it, I still cringe at the thought of it being on other people's computers
This is the one I'm using. And what the fuck resolution are half of you faggots even using? 1000x438 is not a wallpaper
I'd like this better if it didn't have the numbers at the top, but it reminds me of the hype prior to Gen 6, so it kinda gets a pass.
So you tell me that you "drew" this? I think it's kinda cute. Tell me what kind of specific picture though. And also I used up the windmill kind. It's pretty comfy to look at.
Uh, I use the fill style when it comes to small wallpapers, it kinda looked alright to me. My rules are not that specific.
Maybe I'll save those for my phone. Thanks.
Too bad I don't have any phone wallpapers to give to you, that would be great.
>Maybe I'll save for my phone
Please do! Especially since I'm doing this from my computer so I can put them on MY phone. I have so many too, so it'd be a waste to not have them on display somewhere!
uh the picture that you posted,
I did not draw that ahaha
She was actually the reason I stopped drawing for a while. I kept comparing myself, and drawing wasn't fun anymore. But I've gotten over that now and simply see it as a hobby and nothing else.
And to make the windmill one, I just looked at that picture, and pictures from the game of that area and tried to recreate that. I've done it before but I haven't really done it recently. At least not trying to replicate an exact picture.
More just trying to learn strokes and color usage from other artists I admire.
That pic is unrelated haha! That reply is what I meant.
Half of it is my fault for pointing it like this.
Just point out the picture from the reply because I still didn't know what pic did you drew.
They looked pretty incredible Anon. I'll make sure to make a separate folder and save it all.
Since I'm good at art, here is some tips to help you. Okay here I go.
The building and the entrance is kinda bland without giving a reason to put it there. Put pathways over it, and a few buildings because people lived there you know. You can add more features like a fountain, fences, and a barn.
Do you see the horizon midway? I suspect that the mountain is over the ground. If you give the mountain a "faraway look," try putting flowers in front of it. It's a technique to show the mountain to look to be far away.
If you see the other picture, it blended a little white over the background. Try to shade it a little white. Also, you didn't blur the flowers. It may look ugly if you think at it, but it is a style that shows a kinda watercolor feel to your drawing. It may work. Blend it to the direction the sun is facing.
As far as I can tell, it's incredible to see someone to redraw an inspired person's artstyle. You can be better if you try again, it's a matter of fun. I'm a hobbyist too.
Thanks for the tips.
The only thing I liked about it was the sky, as the focus was getting better at clouds. It wasn't until I finished that I realized "wow, I'll really shitty at drawing buildings too"
I feel like I might be getting better with that stuff. I've been trying to draw more backgrounds, like inside of buildings and the outsides and trying to make them to scale and stuff and I think I'm getting better. At least I hope so.
might as well post a wallpaper, since this is a wallpaper thread
Uxie has him covered.
I'm drawing a Cave Story wallpaper soon. It's kinda cool to have your work displaying your desktop and make people around you to look at it.
In the future maybe I draw Pokemon wallpaers too.
Too bad my talent is wasted over
drawing goddamn memes
>post a wallpaper that you saved long ago in a wallpaper thread
>the artist replies and says it's shit
I can't draw at all and I have no art knowledge, but I saved it because I really liked the framing of the pic. There's no emphasis on the trainer or the wild pokemon, it's as if the landscape is the focus of the composition, and the other stuff just happens to be there. Most pokemon wallpapers don't focus on the landscape. Maybe the drawing isn't top-notch, but I really like this kind of composition.
Also, it's one of my favorite Sinnoh locations.
Keep drawing, anon.
One of my best wallpapers. That made me start collecting
They're incredibly nice. Giving you these.
Actually, there were a few neat ones like this. Anybody got any similar?
