I'll start
>>25022590
How you did it?
>>25022605
you just edit the stats on the bulbapedia page and then click show preview
>>25022579
>inb4 some retarded autist gets mad you didn't waste points in its special attack
>>25022579
It's a shame you didn't give it a special attack boost, it's only 3 points lower than its attack and it has a decent special movepool.
Oh well, /vp/ does seem to be allergic to mixed pokemon.
>>25022723
Mixed pokemon are almost always garbage, the few exceptions are high bst legends and pseudo legends.
>>25022723
>decent special movepool
energy ball, surf and round
those are literally the only special moves gogoat has
kill yourself
>>25022750
Not necessarily.
Take Infernape for example. None of its stats are particularly impressive but it still manages to be a threat because it can be mixed.
>>25022758
Infernape isn't especially good to begin with though.
>>25022764
How so?
M-Lunatone
>Rock/Fairy
>Ability - Nocturne: All Moon-based moves are now 50% more effective
>Gains Lunar Dance
HP: 70
Attack: 55
Defense: 100 (+35)
Special Attack: 140 (+45)
Special Defense: 115 (+30)
Speed: 60 (-10)
all I can think of is Mega ButterFree
Bug/Psychic
-40 Atk
+70 Sp Atk
+70 Speed
I don't know about the Ability, Compound Eyes Sleep Powder is 2 gud but boring.
>>25023033
Simple.
>>25023036
>+2 Sp.Atk +2 Speed +2 Sp.Def in one turn
oh shit
>>25023066
>STAB stored power
>>25022750
>>25022758
Also M-Altaria.
Honestly just wish this was his ability pre-evo.
>>25022579
Mega Slaking:
>Gains Iron Fist
>Stats go mostly to speed and some to defenses
>>25027393
Give it Stall
99 points redistributed from speed into attack + 100 attack
359 base attack
>>25027729
>implying Shuckle has any special attacks
>>25023033
I prefer not to minmax where possible but if you really want it to mirror Megabee then chuck 30 from Atk into SpAtk.
>>25022750
>
>>25028476
with fur coat and quiver dance that is "fair"
>>25022620
Thanks!
>>25022977
>50% more effective lunar dance
So the next pokemon to come out is fully healed, and the one after it is healed by half its max HP?
>>25022764
Infernape was in OU till gen VI. And OU pokemon are really good.
30 posts in and not one of you has made a mega thread.
>>25027393
I think Mega Slaking should go one of 2 ways
1. Gain a useful/neutral ability, stats don't change
2. Still has Truant, stats are optimized as possible
>>25029167
How about it comes out with an Ancient Power buff in addition to HP/PP restoration and status removal?
>>25030538
I could get behind that Lugia.
Mega Mantine
Water/Flying
Ability: parental bond (because of remoraid, who is a singular weaker creature which is always accompanying Mantine)
Hp:65
Atk: 40
Def: 90 (+20)
Spatk: 115 (+35)
Spdef:140
Spe:115 (+45)
>>25025527
with a drop in attack and increase in defense this could be good
Mega Bisharp
Dark/Steel
Bulletproof
HP: +0 (65)
Att: +40 (165)
Def: +30 (130)
SpA: +0 (60)
SpD: +0 (70)
Spd: +30 (100)
>>25037366
[LITERALLY ANYTHING] used [fighting move]
bye bye bisharp
>>25037391
>Thundurus used Focus Blast!
>Bisharp is immune to Focus Blast!
>Bisharp used Knock Off!
>Thundurus fainted!
>[Anything] used [Rock type move]
>Talonflame fainted!
>[Anything] used [Ice type move]
>Garchomp fainted!
Is the extent of your fail clear to you yet? Because I can keep going.
>>25034477
As a general rule, unless a Mega is mixed, has an offensive boosting Ability like Parental Bond/Tough Claws/Mega Launcher, or is defensively oriented to the point where the very notion of offensive boosting would be absurd (like Megas Audino and Sableye), EVERY Mega has at least 130 in their main offensive stat, even if they're usually used defensively. See M-Venusaur and M-Slowbro.
A Mega with 115 as their only useable offensive stat is just garbage. Lose some speed and add it to SpA.
>>25037429
>using focus blast on a pokemon with bullet proof
Are you fucking retarded? Do you actually believe anybody will unironically make this mistake? Do you think this is the pokemon TV anime or some fucking shit? Dumb nigger.
Talonflame has something worth using, garchomp had that too in gen 4 and 5, but your mega, however, is a slow, useless piece of shit that would be much better off holding something else.
>>25037458
MVenusaur sits below 125 in every stat.
>>25037465
Wow! Let me quote yourself to refute your own point. I know, it sounds rridicuous, but bare with me.
> [LITERALLY ANYTHING] used [fighting move]
>bye bye bisharp
Thundurus can be included in the "literally anything" bracket. Are you still with me? Good. Now Thundurus can't KO Bisharp with Focus Blast because of the immunity Bulletproof grants it. Exactly the same case with Focus Blast Gengar, Alakazam, etc.
I'm glad you refuted your own point for me. What a tosser. And I'm not even British. You're just such a tosser that even an American has to call you one.
>>25037472
I stand corrected. Make the cutoff for defense oriented Megas 120 in their main offensive stat.
>>25037458
Kang is only 125 attack.
>>25037553
>Unless the Mega has an offensive boosting Ability like Parental Bond/Tough Claws/Mega Launcher
>>25037562
Well then that guy is retarded since the pokemon he's complaining about has parental bond.
>>25037611
Yeah, if you read the thread, the retard levels are off the charts. Look at the backpedaling M-Bisharp critic for supreme lulz.
>>25037504
I was assuming you'd be smart enough to understand that, obviously, I was wrong. Do you have fucking 40 IQ? Are you literally fucking retarded?
next you'll say machop can't beat it with karate chop
vespiquen
bug type
parental bond
70
100(+20)
132(+30)
100(+20)
132(+30)
40
it would become too big to fly constantly and have 3 single sections of combee around it
>>25037706
Machop can't fucking beat it with karate chop you bloody faggot.
>>25037833
252 Atk Guts Machop Poison Tail vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Bisharp: 288-340 (106.2 - 125.4%) -- guaranteed OHKO
had to switch karate chop for poison tail becaus it doesn't have KC (why the fuck) and the types to get stab 4x SE (machop to poison, m-bisharp to grass/fairy)
not accounting natures a burned guts machop does the deal, if it manages to hit bisharp that is
>>25037993
Adamant max Att AV Conkeldurr has something like a 48% chance to KO with Mach Punch with the upgraded defensive stat. If you shaved 5 points from another stat and added 5 to Def it survives the Mach Punch 82% of the time.
It also no longer struggles with speed crept Mew with either Will o Wisp or Aura Sphere. I don't know why you think it's such a bad theorymon, 100 base speed Bisharp with an immunity to the most common special Fighting coverage move and enough physical defense to withstand things like non STAB or uninvested Earthquakes, and also being able to better tank Pixilate Returns from M-Altaria while also outspeeding it. It could even get away with running Adamant nature.
Water/Dark
Ability: Skill Link
HP: 80
Atk: 115
Def: 60
Sp. Atk: 118
So. Def: 66
SPD: 142
>>25037833
>this mediocre pokemon can't beat it with a 40 power attack! so strong wow!!!
Neck urself my man
>>25038264
not the guy who posted the m-bisharp, was just curious and checked it. what you just said may be true (i'm too lazy to check that) but the machop can OHKO it
>>25038591
but it can m80 :^)>>25037993
Mega Lilligant
Grass/Fairy
I'm stumped for the ability. Pixelate seems obvious but it's already been done twice.
HP 70
Atk 60
Def 100 (+25)
Sp Atk 130 (+20)
Sp Def 100 (+25)
Speed 120 (+30)
Movepool would still need some improvements but this seems like plenty to push a pokemon that was pretty close to being good over the barrier.
Mega Marowak
Ground/Ghost
Parental Bond
HP 75 (+15)
Atk 120 (+40)
Def 125 (+25)
Sp. Atk 50
Sp. Def 100 (+20)
Spd 45
This is how Marowak should be, a solid tank. Parental Bond with Marowak as a ghost would be a cool design, and I tried to make it not too overpowered with Parental Bond.
>>25037458
>Literally has Parental Bond
Mega Weavile
Dark/Ice
Tough Claws
Hp 70
Atk120 (+40)
Def 65 (+10)
SpAtk 45
SpDef 85 (+10)
Speed 125 (+40)
>Using Bulbapedia's templates
