I like that they were trying something new with the house stylings, but the track ends up falling flat. It's much too short. It feels like it's building up towards a climax that never comes, and the track just loops instead. It shares that characteristic with the DPPt Trainer Battle theme, which is the shittiest trainer music in the series.

Feels sorta bland and doesn't really seem like a battle theme at all.

I actually do like it, its better than every gym leader music before it. But it all boils down to taste, and most people on /vp/ got use to listening to remixes or rearrangements of the same themes and hate anything different

I like it but there's better music in the game. The wild pokemon battle theme is actually quite a bit better. Would like to see Z remix the unique Korrina theme into a gym leader theme for all 8.

I like its melody. It's not great, yet better than the majority. Instrumentation was kind of lame desu. Something less "electronic" would be way more adictive and energetic.
