Horde training is 10 times easier and faster. I use a combination of both. If it's something simple like 252/252/4 I just horde train. If it's something more delicate like 96/32/112/etc I use ST and then use horde training to max out the stat that remains.

Well I'm not too good at this either but basically your team has a pretty big susceptibility to Toxic and you could use a water type because all your attacks are physical and get mauled pretty hard by Scald. You could put Magic Bounce Espeon or something to scare off status attackers and it can mop up after your stallers have done some damage. You need some way to deal with Talonflame too. Maybe you could get Water Absorb Quagsire, or get Unaware Quagsire and switch Clefable to the Magic Guard version. Or you could try Gastrodon like I do.

If you need any of these I can breed one for you.

I'm gonna breed a few makuhita so I can get knock off onto some mienfoo I'm working on and was trying to figure out a moveset to breed onto them. I'm thinking Belly Drum, Cross Chop, Knock Off, and Ice Punch. Pair it up with a Bronzor or some such to set up trick room and put a 0 speed iv on it. Thoughts?
