I think you mean frilled lizard, the bearded dragon bears minimal resemblance to heliolisk.
And here's my two cents on the dilophosaurus thing; I believe it's entirely plausible they took some inspiration from Jurassic Park given that it's bipedal and has crests over its eyes. Unlikely but not impossible.
