An interesting electric/ghost type would be cool (one that doesn't exist solely to become a water/electric type.)

A Dark/Electric type would be pretty crazy, too, imagine it's a fast physical attacker with Knock Off and Bolt Strike/Volt Tackle.

A glass cannony fire/steel type could be really interesting as a counterpoint to the slow, defensive Heatran. It might smash fairies pretty well and overall it could end up with fairly decent offensive coverage.

A Dark/Bug mosquito pokemon that is wall-ish with moves that drain HP and infestation and stuff.
