here's a Mega idea I had a little while ago:

Thought process:

I gave him lower speed to not make him so broken, and I put the base stats from Speed into Special Attack to make him not broken again. (We've all seen the proposed Megas where they drop the non-attacking stat down to 10; I didn't want to do that). If he has low speed, then it's not impossible to stop. But, if you put up a Sticky Web, then it doubles its speed (~400 with max EVs and Jolly Nature). He can also function in Trick Room I guess
