That's because you suck. I played both FES and P3P. Ability to cotrnol your party members, not being forced to carry Personas for fusion spells and skill cards make everything much easier.
Same goes for P4G,They actually fucking nerfed some bosses. I got a heavy physical skill with I think medium chance for silence in Kanji's dungeon on my first playthrough thanks to shuffle time.

Scan Enemies...Always. Even bosses. They won't show you the weaknesses/strengths but your AI Teammates will get smarter from it. Also you can usually get by on Act Freely most of the time.

Always spam the All-Out Attack whenever possible. Fights go quicker, that way.

Social Link every chance you get. Don't forget to have a card with the same arcana as the person you're S-Linking with. Also you'll want to spend extra time with the girls and be sure to give them gifts they like or you'll be going out with them for a LONG time. (P.S.: There's five of these girls)

Level up and fuse constantly. Also don't forget to register your persona in the compendium! If you've been brushing up your social links you get bonus levels for your fused personas.

As for dating, don't be afraid to double date a bit. The game allows you to get away with a little cheating...which is nice since Yukari (Lovers), Fuuka (Priestess), Mitsuru (Empress), Yuko (Strength) and Chihiro (Justice) will REQUIRE you to engage in romance with them. For girls, S-Links reverse if you don't meet with them after 45 days. Cheating on them bumps that number down by 15 days. So if you cheat more than three times, you're fucked.

For guys: Keiji (Magician), Keisuke (Fortune), Kaz (Chariot), Bebe (Temperence), their S-Links will reverse if you don't spend time with them after 60 days.

From what I hear Reversed links make the character angry and you have to waste a day trying to get them to forgive you. Fuck that up and the link breaks entirely, meaning you cannot use ANY Persona of that person's arcana.

P4 and P3P have it that even if one of the enemies isn't weak/dodges when you use a ma-dyne you get a one more anyway. 2 ma-dynes is usually enough to kill off enemies that aren't weak to the element anyway.

Also I actually think the change in knockdown system is a buff except for some Tartarus bosses. Enemies get up quicker but so do your teammates, and they can kill trash mobs and shit quicker than trash can kill you.

For the record, the Male Main can have sex with Yukari, Mitsuru, Fuuka, Yuko, Chihiro, Elizabeth and Aigis (you give her an orgasm by touching her papillion heart).

This is generally the case. You hit the weakness, move on to next teammate, they hit weakness, get AOA, the enemies all die. P3P makes it easier because you can spam ma-dynes to get the enemy down to shit hp even if it's not weak and have your teammates do the same and still proc AOA in the end when collateral damage kills off the already weakened non-weak enemies.

Basically what I'm saying is that this system means you can go so nuts with the firepower that you don't need to play cautiously and don't need to have the extra turn anyway because the fight would be over in one or two rounds. The only times this wouldn't apply would be for some tartarus bosses. Your teammates getting knocked down with a 1-turn wakeup is an annoyance more than it is a real threat. Then you go back to the clock and get your SP back and go right back to it.

If P3P didn't change the AOA mechanics and just left it as a one-turn wake-up then I might think it was harder, but between the AOA mechanics and direct control it's insane to call FES easier when P3P and P4 only require you to spam your strongest ma-dynes in your first two turns, with advantage this means the enemy can't hit you, get AOA (which you will, because direct control means you'll get your ma-dyne off from everybody without any shit like firebreak or single target spells coming up) and win.

I loved P3 a lot honestly. One thing I prefer about P4 is every boss battle has a huge impact. In P3, it was just oh, okay, one more enemy down wait for the next full moon until Nyx descends. However, I do like how P3 felt more dramatic over P4. Overall, it was great but I wish they made the ending a little more clear. At first I was just interpreted it has Minato passing out but then I realized he isn't and well...Yeah.

I really liked this. With that everything I needed the rest of the party was to heal and act as bait so shadows had someone else to attack. You could handle everything with MC easily.
