The vscape cache is downloaded to your home folder, which is different for all operating systems (and can be looked up fairly easy). For windows it's Users/You/.vscape2, but if you have a .vscape as well, it's best to clear both. The .vscape was the old cache we used before moving to the resizeable client, so it's not much needed anymore.
