I dunno. I really enjoyed the overall episode despite it not having much replay value. I was pretty pumped during the whole maim race sequence, so, I guess that was my favorite part.

Eh, the small council meeting. I knew I was fucked regardless of what I did, but they did manage to convey the tension and the shitty position poor, young Ethan is in. I liked the trial too. I mean, cutting off his fingers was the obvious answer for me, but apparently it's a controversial choice which is great, I like those.

Very, very slowly. I expect them to jew out with choices and length even more than they did in the season 2 of TWD, but who knows. They'll probably end up hiring a lot more people if they haven't already.

So how much a "fuck you" would it had been if Jane had been right all along, and Wellington had turned out to be a myth? Why the hell would you ever choose Jane over Kenny? I have no idea why people say one is as bad as the other when Jane is clearly the one who incited the entire fight. From the argument in the car, she didn't just shut the hell up while Kenny was driving on the road. Then she had the great plan to lie about killing the baby when she knew Kenny would flip out. She could have even stopped the fight by admitting the truth, but she kept going at it because she obviously wanted to kill Kenny as well.

I see absolutely no reason to side with Jane in this situation. It's sad too since she was so reliable in every other instance.

Just finished episode 4 of TWD season 2.

I did everything I could to save Sarah and she was EATEN ALIVE. This is beyond fucked up. A mentally handicapped child is savagely killed on screen and none of the other characters bring it up. What the absolute fuck is wrong with this game?

I'm no prude, but having a mentally disabled child getting eaten alive was pretty fucking disturbing to watch. Even worse is that only JANE of all people seemed to even talk about Sarah after she died.

You have to keep in mind, Kenny was ultimately the one that the writers wanted you to side with. When Luke asked you "what's the most important thing in this world?", the answer he was looking for was family. Kenny said in later episodes that you were the last family he had left.

Carvers whole shtick was "YOU NEED TO WEED OUT THE WEAK", while Janes whole deal was "THE WEAK WILL ONLY SLOW YOU DOWN".

Now I think the Old Yeller ending works, or could work if it wasn't because Jane provoked it, if it had been over Kenny stubbornness getting the group stranded on the location where they thought Wellington would be, then fine, but the whole drama with the baby is just dumb. At first I thought the ending was biased against Kenny, but I think it is biased against Jane, there is no reaosn why Clementine should support Jane. Going with Kenny is the best outcome, going with Jane makes little sense and the game ends on a tragic note at that point with the family of survivors who are obviously going to try to gang up on Clem and Jane, going alone well that's going full circle.

I really like the idea behind Jane ending, just that the execution is dumb, and at the Solid Clem and Revolver Jane paring as cool as it looks is contradictory to the plot, despite the dialogue options, Clementine can't fucking take care of herself, at all. Clementine was as good as dead during episode one, and she is physically weak. She could have died many times if it had not been for lucky saves. As for Jane, she is only with her because she is on a guilt trip.

All I am saying is that Jane's ending would not have been so bad if it had been Kenny's fault, or no one's fault, just another bad situation, but the problem is that Jane is still the cause, going with her is a risky chance, she is in a way even more unstable than Kenny.

Letting Kenny kill Jane doesn't seem right either, yeah Jane might have asked for it, but you never know if Jane did mean to kill Kenny. She just wanted Clem on her side, Kenny's plan could have met with failure.

So TL;DR I like where they were going but the execution is so retarded only Kenny's ending is viable, and the rest is just shit, the game takes a shit on Jane, and Kenny is ALWAYS RIGHT.
