The more I learn about SL's lighting engine, the less I like it. The only way to make normal/specular maps look right is to turn on screen-space reflections, but that makes everything look horribly washed-out on certain WL settings.

A lot of things in SL would be so much easier and more functional if there were universal standards. On the plus side, I'm pretty happy with the end result this time.

Increase the Torso Muscles slider to 50. The suit is fitted mesh, so it responds to a lot more sliders than regular mesh.

50 on that particular slider gets you the "default shape" of the object as far as Torso Muscles are concerned, and will also solve the wrist issue. Unfortunately it's not 50 on all sliders to get the default shape of a piece of fitted mesh; the values are all over the place.
