As a speculative purchase, no, not at all. It was a Common in DUEA. As an actual card to use for the deck, still no. Demolisher of Rituals prevents targeting but the only targeting Necloth of Trishula's going to care about is effect negation, which can be stopped by discarding another Necloth of Trishula anyway. Unless you do something like banishing Demolisher + Releaser then I just can't see it being of much help.

As for the Pendulums, it's pretty obvious that Nekroz/Dolls/Ritual Beasts can't really abuse the MECHANIC at all. Just giving any archetype something like an Odd-Eyes, Scout, or Guitaar would help a ton, obviously, but you probably wouldn't bother setting up scales for that.
